Many commercial texts are formulated in English and require translating. Think about for example commercial expressions, slogans or sayings that local offices are asked to use by their head office. Or think about bilingual websites. If you have a .com web site, then it is almost expected of you that you offer this option. A good translation from English into Dutch often seems easier than it actually is. To achieve the real 'Dutch touch' from an English orienated text, a translation by someone who was born and bred in England is the best option.

MailPerfect works with a native speaker who has already lived and worked in the Netherlands for over ten years and who fully commands the Dutch language. The translated text will also be fine tuned by a born and bred Dutchman who worked and studied in England and America. You can be sure that no one single letter will lose it's English touch, whilst your text becomes as Dutch as clogs and tulips.

Which types of text does MailPerfect translate and correct?
Mailperfect is specialized in commercial text, also in the English language. You can therefore contact us for example for a translation of your mailing, website, brochure, newsletter or advertisement. Because we are specialized in commercial text, we do not offer translations for sworn works (affidavit). If you have such specialized work, then we kindly refer you to the services of a specialized translator from our network. You can ask us to translate an English text into Dutch, but if you have already translated your own text, then you can ask us to fine tune this for you. The method of working
MailPerfect works with a 'native speaker' from England, who has already lived and worked in the Netherlands for over ten years and who fully commands the Dutch language. After he has translated your text, it will be fine tuned by a born and bred Dutchman who worked and studied in England and America. The method of working is very straightforward. You send your text to us via this web site and we will return the translated or corrected work within one week. You will receive the invoice separately by post.

Your investment
We apply a fixed rate per page of 450 words (or a part there of), so you know exactly what to expect. A fully used side of A4 paper usually exists of 450 words. Principally you will pay the normal rate for corrections. If it proves necessary to practically rewrite the whole text, because of a large number of errors then the intensive rate will apply. We cannot, unfortunately, give an indication in advance which rate will be applied as this only becomes apparent during the translation/correction process.
